why we Give
Giving is a biblical principle. God doesn’t need our money. But giving is His nature – He gave us His Son, He gave us Himself. He freed us, and gave us hope and life. In response to all that He has done, we say “God, I want the world to know about Jesus, so I’m going to give into your house.” God entrusts us with the building blocks of His Kingdom – finances, talent, and time. Thank you for supporting the work Living Word is doing in our community and around the world by giving today.
We believe in generosity, because God is generous. We believe in faithfulness, because God is faithful. We believe in the mission, because it is God’s mission. We believe giving is good for our hearts. We believe in giving our first and best to God, and he will bless the rest.
