Church Photo and Video Policy

When you enter a Living Word worship gathering or event, you may be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

Living Word International Christian Church (LWICC) reserves the right to use photographs and/or video recordings taken at any event sponsored by LWICC, without the expressed written permission of those included. LWICC may use photographs and/or video recordings in publications or other media materials produced by the church, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and social media platforms.

Photographs or videos of children or minors will only be used or publicly distributed with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian.

To ensure the privacy of all individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

Any person attending a LWICC event who does not wish to have their image recorded or used for distribution should notify the church office by emailing info@lwicc.org.

By participating in a LWICC worship service or event, or by failing to notify LWICC in writing of your desire not to have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify LWICC from any and all claims involving the use of your image or likeness, excluding children and minors without parental or guardian consent as stated above.

Any person or organization not affiliated with LWICC may not copy, alter, or modify LWICC photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized LWICC representative.
